The Outside In isn’t your grandma’s modern jazz band. Ethan Ostrow’s project blends elements of rock, funk, and folk with something completely new. After working the NYC club scene and releasing their debut album The Outside In: Live in Brooklyn, the band is growing new roots in the Twin Cities, featuring members of L.A. Buckner's BiG HOMiE and Room3.

Ethan Ostrow is a Minneapolis-based pianist, composer, and singer. A recent transplant from NYC, Ethan has quickly established himself across genres in Minnesota, performing and recording with the Snapped Open Mic band, Ashley DuBose, Adam Bohanan, Omar Abdulkarim, Kathleen Johnson, Abinnet Berhanu, Dakota Andersen, Leslie Vincent, Toussaint Morrison, the Twin Cities Latin Jazz Orchestra, and more.
